1958	Founded by current Representative Director Tsugane Tanaka. Launched wholesale business for industrial products, synthetic resin, and other raw materials, as well as finished goods and processed goods.
1968	Opened Numazu field office.
1969	Opened Numazu factory.
1972	Invented water-based polymer-isocyanate compositions, and applied for patents in Japan (22) and in 11 overseas countries.
1973	Opened laboratory. Began operation of the Tochigi Factory.
1974	Began manufacturing and sale of KOYOBOND®.
1978	Began operation of the Fuji Factory. Manufactured KOYOBOND®.
1982	Opened the Osaka Branch.
1993	Established P.T. Koyolem Indonesia to manufacture “KOYOBOND®” in Indonesia.
1995	Received the Chemical Society of Japan Award for Technical Development (KOYOBOND®).
1998	Opened Minaminasu Factory. Began production of Lion Board.
